Course Registration and Policies

To register for our courses, you must complete the registration form and pay a deposit in advance.

The registration fee covers the cost of materials, course organization, and laboratory management. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

Registration Fees

• Weekend Courses: The deposit is €100 (one hundred Euro) and includes the annual membership fee.

• Masterclasses: The deposit is €200 (two hundred Euro) and includes the annual membership fee.

Refunds and Cancellations by the Association

The deposit will be refunded only if a course is canceled by the Association or if the course has reached maximum capacity.

• Force Majeure: If a course cannot be held due to circumstances beyond our control, the registration fee will remain valid for the next available date for that course.

• Maximum Capacity: In the event that a course is oversubscribed, priority will be given based on the date of the deposit payment. Those unable to attend due to capacity limits may either request a full refund or use the fee to reserve a spot for the following session.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via PayPal (info@corsifotoanalogica.it) or Bank Transfer. Please specify the course title and date in the payment description.

N.B. If paying by bank transfer, please send a confirmation email to info@corsifotoanalogica.it to ensure your spot is reserved promptly.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the course begins.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposit: The amount paid as a deposit is strictly non-refundable.

• Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before the course start date, the full cost of the course is due.
